Shelf Price Audit

Kroger

One of my favorite projects at Deloitte was the Shelf Price Audit tool for our client, Kroger. Also known as SPA, it’s an associate-facing application used for updating prices of items, printing new shelf tags and selecting from a variety of templates for tags and signs used to communicate sales and promotions in the store.

PIT Inspection

Kroger

At Deloitte, for my client Kroger, I designed the experience for Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), an associate-facing application that allowed for users to inspect PIT vehicles and submit the report of their inspections. My efforts enabled store associates to perform disparate actions from a central hub and provided a contextual process for performing the inspections and accessing reports.

Task Manager

Deloitte Studios

At Deloitte Studios, I designed the experience for Task Manager, an associate productivity and store operations product, which allowed store leaders to manage labor, deliveries, tasks and store operations.

Request For Information

Wells Fargo

At Wells Fargo, I designed the digital experience for streamlining business customers' verification of their corporate information needs. I used the Wells Fargo design systems to build the application's designs. This was shown to save considerable time, eliminate paperwork and manual signatures through the use of e-signatures.

ECHO Refunds Transfers

Albertsons

The ECHO tool was an internal tool that allowed CSR agents to respond promptly to escalated tasks, approve/reject refund requests based on intelligent insights and view reports of past transactions.

Mobile Wallet

Bank of America

I created designs for a standalone payment application by working with engineering, product managers and creative leads.  This was an Android application that provided capabilities for secure virtual shopping card and proximity payments technology to enable for faster and more secure transactions with merchants and online stores.

Single Service Card Experience

Bank of America

The Single Service Card experience was borne out of the need to provide banking features that are in context to what kinds of tasks users perform on the online banking channel.  In essence, we strived to understand what primary tasks were important to users and what they would typically do thru online banking.

Customer Profile Engagement

Bank of America

At Bank of America, I led the design efforts to develop an end-to-end experience for updating user profiles and responding to urgent alerts.

Erica AI

Bank of America

At Bank of America, I worked on the Erica AI, an artificial intelligent application that was coupled with the consumer mobile app.  Erica provided machine learning capabilities by allowing user to speak directly with Erica for many mobile banking needs.

Fast Track

Bank of America

I designed the structure and user flows for the Fast Track tool in which users can order cashier's checks, foreign currency and change order.

SmartDrive

Mercedes-Benz RDNA

At Mercedes-Benz, I worked on the third-generation version of the SmartDrive tool, which was an all-in-one mobile app that was integrated into the Smart brand of cars. It allowed the driver to interact with infotainment features such as navigation, music, guidebook and eco drive. By developing the app as an in-vehicle tool, we considered challenges of visual design considerations and safety aspects that were critical to SmartDrive.
